I played this game 1-2 years ago I think, it's in RPG Maker and in a JRPG style I think. You're living with a girl in a house. In the morning you can ask her to follow you or let her spend the day by herself. There's a number of NPCs you can talk to that have different NTR storylines, where she eventually falls for them. One involved playing a game against someone, using her as a wager, and losing multiple times. Eventually she would decline if you asked her to spend the day with you and you'd find her in that person's tent, with a heart symbol on it (implying they're fucking).
I remember there's a hint board next to your house and there's a world map, where you can go into the city.
