the game does not start for me i changed the game to japanese in win rar so that the data have their correct names but still it does not start at all or black sceen

It requires japanese locale to run. You either have to switch your region settings to japanese or use locale emulator on it.

i have changed my region to japanese and when i start it i would only see a blacksceen of game after a few seconds it closes or the message the program is not responding anymore appears
