After i gave lilithia stone to zana i finally got access to elevator. But when i go to elevator, there's no floor. Is it bug or do i need to mine manually first?

The mine elevator stops at floors B26, B51, and B76. You must first reach the designated floor to activate the elevator

if i remember correctly, you need to reach floor 76 (last floor that have statue checkpoint) for the examine statue quest.
