RPGM skip button

Hello,

Apologies if this doesn't belong here, or if it already exists somewhere and I just did no manage to find it.

This isn't a problem per say, but I don't know where else to pose the question.

Various RPGM games, do not have holding CTRL or SHIFT as a skip button, only holding down say SPACE or ENTER, which sure does make it goes a bit fast, but not by a lot.
So, I'm wondering if there might some sort of mod or something along those lines, to add this.

Example game where I'd really want this due there being lots and lots of text and I want to replay the game, Downfall A Story of Corruption.

hello i also encountered this problem and some old game version do not let you hold on SPACE to advance did you find a solution for this problem ?

try holding down the ctrl or sift or enter key

If it's MV or newer, holding Z speeds up the game (Be careful because it will auto-pick the first choice in choices). If it's VX Ace or older, use cheat engine's speedhack function. (You can tell the difference by if the window is resizable. Older ones aren't)
