Hey,
I've read many of the other subjects that are similar to this and followed their instructions. No luck. My RGSS3 player doesn't shut down like the other threads I've seen, it just loads endlessly. It does this for all games that use RGSS3.
The first time starting a game after a restart it works.
Uninstalling all RTP and cleaning the registry for remnants before reinstalling did not work.
It's a bit frustrating because there's no error message to troubleshoot. It just loads.
