RPGmaker "Font Can Not Be Found"

Hello folks,

I am getting the following error message when starting the game:

Game is build with RPGmaker and comes bundled with "Fonts" folder and I installed all of them. Including the one from the error message, which is sazanami-mincho.ttf

Game should be translated in English.
