rpgmaker2000 Help?

Im looking to play a game I could only find titled as: Ahosuka Game. (a scat game made in 2009)
The creator practically dropped off the face of the earth.
I have found a nyobooru post that has the download (

), and have tried downloading multiple different versions of rpgmaker 2000, but nothing seems to work.
I would like help with setup and installation, if anyone could help.

I have tried easyrpg but cant seem to make it work, it doesn't help that im not well informed on how to use it lol.
And even for rpgmaker there isn't much in the way of tutorials on how to run games with it
Ive also been told changing my locale might work but don't know how to do it properly

I never played an rpgmaker 2000 or 2003 game. But as with all rpgmaker (except mv) you may need to install its run time package.
