New art has been integrated into the bughunt build, I'm not gonna call this an "update" it doesn't seem worthy of the name, but it's out there for those who want frisky Ruby in DK's art style :D



Of course with my postings come butts!
Well spanked Ruby butt today, she was was asking for it.

Need to say this, but you the dev has probably written more on this thread in the past year, than he's actually added to the game. Problems with proper artwork aside, the apparent lack of progress is disappointing. How about instead of yet another weekly posting of AI generated spanked butts, you add one new scene, starting with, I dunno, oral? Whipping Ruby hanging upside down? The quiz? Kata training? Just add something new already! Rubbing dick between buttocks and spankings have been done to death.

That's the problem with "deep not broad" (and having less that 8 hours a week to work on the project).
To get the 60 odd variable rewards, 8 different variable punishments, and 40 or so variable buttjobs, and the varied scenes in the bedroom (plus the bits that string them together) took somewhere between 23500 and 47055 lines of program (there's annotations and double-spacing in places).
I'm trying for a real depth of tone, and that's labor intensive for a slow rate of gain.
The next update was intended to add all the structural stuff for the CNC, and that too wouldn't introduce a great deal of sexual content either (just some stuff in the bedroom as her level of reaction to the abuse increases).
I've been holding off on extra punishments and lessons BECAUSE they're fun, easy, and quick compared to all this structural stuff.
Maybe I should head back to things I enjoy for a bit eh?
As for the butts, a butt and a post take about a minute and don't in any way impact the speed of development.

Hello again all you wonderful sorts.
True to my word I used my one day of coding this week to add a new training routine to the gym.
It was VASTLY moire enjoyable than the structural coding
Poor Ruby's going to have her agility tested in a particularly cruel way.
This is a bug-hunt build (but integered as it includes new content), so expect issues as I test, and as always please report any.



And I feel like I'd better explain what Imeant about holding off on extra punishments and lessons in favour of structural work.
According to LINT;
"The game contains 13,433 dialogue blocks, containing 195,343 words and
1,116,522 characters, for an average of 14.5 words and 83 characters per
block."
The VAST majority of these are essentially repeating the same action with Ruby dressed differently, in a different location, or you treating her differently.
And that comes from first building structures I can write into.
That structural stuff is by far the grindiest, and most time consuming coding, but it also has to thread through anything I add too.
Just adding this training, and the three new levels of roughness involved, also adds three new placeholders for CNC Pathway content.
So the more of the other content I add, the longer the CNC pathway will take to finish.
But once it's structured updates become modular, and I'll be able to roll the CNC content out in-line with training and punishment updates.
Still I need my fun too, so I'll drop little bits like this too anyway, even if it does slow down overall development.
Also here's an update butt, I think Ruby's been waiting for this too!

Up against a deadline in my other hobby projects, which means I'll be unable to do much more than catch bugs and pop any art I can request from DK (we're almost up to another budget's worth) into the game before the 12th.
Butt I still dropped in for a post..... just to let you know I'll be running..... behind.....

And it is a real update too, with a new tier of Gym punishments!
Pommel Horse has replaced Balance Beam, and is used in 3 different ways including new generative sprites for all 3!

I had intended to do more grindy background code stuff this week, but decided I wanted to do something fun since I've been sick all week.
Unfortunately for poor Ruby that means that her time in the gym just got even harsher.
Since this update was relatively small, and all the structural code was in place, I also had time to fix some bugs and SPG stuff from prior updates and test the release, so I'm calling this stable.

The Patreon kitty has refilled too, so i can reach out to DK for another hand drawn sprite :D

It's a 30 minute game. Where the gamer just uses the harshest training and then the harshest punishment, option 3. Then compliments options 2. In about 30 minutes of doing the same thing the stats are maxed, except for discipline and trust which are at halfway. Obviously combat masters quicker because of the agility boost. Leverage gains without uncertainty the hotdog. She visits horny and masochism. In two years the artwork changed.

There are no additional renders, it's script, and a single image for it. If you take the option cum in mouth, the render is the same as if you cum in ass, or any other option. I think there is a slight variation of showing cum somewhere. Why are you cumming in ass or mouth or etc, off a hotdog, and only looking at a rendered ass? It doesn't reflect the bruised script or the previous harsh training and punishment or the hotdog. Why are you hotdogging when it slows down levelling the other stats, because it doesn't skip the script? Aw because I am supposed too, hmm, read the same script a few hundred times?

It's a demo version of a hobby project being worked on one day a week.
If you're expecting the kind of work that the semi-professionals etc. here produce you have indeed come to the wrong thread.
That said, there's a lot of written content even if there's not much art.
The dialogue for the buttjobs for example changes every couple of pleasurable visits, also with spank level, and depending on how you convince her etc. And the rewards escalate from a quick hug to some pretty intense stuff.

But you won't find much art. I can't draw for toffee, can't afford an artist without the help of the people who like my writing, and only included generative at all as placeholders.

But the great thing about F95Zone is it's full of wonderful projects by harder working and more talented folks than I, so I'm sure you'll find something that's for you here even if it's not my slow-burn little hobbyist development.
I genuinely encourage you to have a go too, you've obviously got a really strong idea of what you'd like to create and I'm sure you could do it :D

Doesn't matter if feedback is positive or not, it still gets an AI butt!

In other news DK's got the next commission underway and soon we will have the first bit of genuinely original NSFW art for the game, thanks to the fine folks who support the project and cover about 75-80% of the cost of those commissions!
