As a game, it's fine.™ First person shooter with puzzles akin to something you'd find in a horror genre, and item upgrades like it was a recent resident evil game. You find a few guns and plenty of ammo, so there's never a threat even at the end of the game where I've personally amassed a surplus by the end game. It never feels bad to shoot but it never feels great either. I've beaten it in 3-4 hours but a lot of dicking around too for the secrets that didn't amount to anything.
Visually neat, and even without the sexual content that would make this worth looking into, hot nurses who look dead inside and out can hit the market for those. Most erotic you'll get is many cutscenes making the boobs shake really hard and skirts flipping up from new scenes, or the game over stuff where the nurses kill you in some way. At best, pg-13 stuff. Story is there, and a bit funny for a guy helping get internet to this place to be driven by customer satisfaction, but it doesn't pay off well, even with a bit of broken english mixed in.
You get a few bonuses to do with the excess coins you get after beating the game and some more lore about the place and characters, but nothing worth replaying the game for, nor really worth it in my eyes for the effort given to play the game itself. Bugs seem to be squashed by the dev so there's that with updates, but it's still a bit jank in that regard.
It was a game nevertheless, and certainly kept me interested just enough to see how it all came together, but that's about it.
