Harem NTS is a great premise but, the prison part is what? A prison themed tavern is also really nonsensical, Prison outfits are ugly, put them in bondage gear or something at least, why would anyone want to visit such a place? Just make it a regular brothel or strip club or something, look at secret care cafe for ideas on how to do a proper harem NTS tavern game, you don't necessary need the game part from there, I just mean for how to do actual NTS and not NTR with more steps. None of this treat your women bad and force them to sleep with assholes and douchebags and shit, thats not NTS thats obsession.

The prison aspect plays into the degradation aspect of the fetish, I think. Some people into cuckolding like the idea of their partner getting pleasure from someone "beneath" them. Think the ugly bastard stuff. They might be more "manly" than themselves. It's where a lot of the racist stuff in some NTR media comes from as well.
I don't know the psychology of it. I also don't think it really works here, as it seems more like you're pimping your girls in a prison for some reason. I'd think your character would need to feel some degree of humiliation in it for the "lesser" men thing to work, but it looks like your character doesn't really care. Plus it's not like they're being lost to these guys, as they still love you. I just hope the protagonist is getting paid for this.
