Summary
I have been on this site for a while now, 3 years iirc as of writing this. I have amassed countless tools to help translate, fix, compress, etc many types of games. My inexperience prevents me from using some of these tools to their fullest. As such, this guide is based on my experiences and what I have taught myself. This information may not be 100% accurate.

Resource Hacker	Useful to rip/change icons from .exe files
ALDEXplorer	Decompiles game data from games made by AliceSoft	ALD, ALK, AFA, DAT
Unity Studio	Decompiles game data from Unity
EnigmaVBUnpacker	Decompiles game data encrypted with Enigma Virtual Box v4.10..7.40	game files are in a single .exe
eXtraButtons	Useful when you need one or more windows always on top
Sizer	Shrinks/Enlarges window size to a certain self-defined size
SheetMaker	Creates sheets in a record time, tutorial is found in the folder
ExtractData		.xp3, DSC, nwa, iar, TCD
MediaExtractor
ResourcesExtract	ResourcesExtract is a small utility that scans dll/ocx/exe files and extract all resources	.dll, .exe, .ocx
X-Ripper	file ripper, which means it can find and extract hidden files stored in a big file libraries/archives
xp3extract	Different set of .xp3 extract and packer	.xp3
xp3dumper_gui_0_3	Works on some encrypted .xp3	.xp3

Most of the programs have readme files or tutorial files provided. If none are available, it means I only used them once or twice. Google is your friend in this case.

Sadly I have tried those on the few games I do have that they wont work on.

Like Python isn't installed by default on Windows, you can use this little batch script to use a Python script with the version of Ren'py that come with the Ren'py game.

Just change the marked line with the path to rpatool (or any other Python script you want) then it will works exactly like rpatool itself, but without the need for you to firstly install Python on your computer.

Cant help until you either share the game files or at the very least, tell us what engine it uses.

The game engine Kirikiri Since it has xp3 file

I tried GARbro to extract the files but when extract it the files seems to be empty, And when i try to open the files in GARbro it says:

"File could not be opened as resource archives"

I hope that someone can help extract the files

This is great for ripping assets, but it doesn't have re-injection capabilities yet so it's not super great for translations or patches on its own: You might be better off using HxD or debuggers like OllyDbg in those cases. Incidentally, it's using some Anaconda/Chowdren runtime libraries, so reverse engineering that might help moreso.
