Well I played it for a little bit and here are my 2 cents.
I do not think theres much to say gameplaywise since its so simple and I hope you'll make it a bit more interesting in the future somehow.
Artwise theres alot of work to be done but I already like the poses I have seen, especially the reacharound from the back and the blowjob make me feel things I shouldn't with such rough art.
In regards to the protagonist, I really love her design and I hope you wont change her too much.
I do not think theres anything else for me to talk about except maybe ask about your future plans.
Have you decided on the scale the final product will be or are planning to freestyle future content?
Any plans for voice acting and such?
What games are you taking inspiration from or what inspired you to make it?
I appreciate you being upfront about the game this early in developement, just make sure not to lose your own vision when applying other peoples feedback.

Im very happy with the bases for some of the animations, the blowjob and reacharound being some of my favourites too. There is an unimplemented mating press animation, but im going to add that in with a higher tier of client animations in the future.
Sachiko's general design and colour scheme are unlikely to change much, maybe some tweaks here and there as i develop my art more, but thats going to depend a lot on what sort of art style i end up settling on for the game.
In terms of my hopes for the final product, the ideal finished game will have:
1: Maybe 5 - 6 replayable locations with a few one off bonus levels with a higher cash earning
2: Fully hand animated sprites
3: A weather system, affecting the number and types of clients that show up
4: costumes and upgrades that make earning money faster/easier
Anything more than that will be great, but these are (at present) my main goals to include.
Voice acting might happen, but uill definately be looking into foley sounds, grunt, moans etc.
As for inspirations, Ive seen and played a number of games, both NSFW and SFW that have motivated me to do this, but probably the biggest inspiration style wise was Spritfarer. I love the hand drawn sprites and watercolour backgrounds. For game play you could point to any sidescroller game really, but i wanted to steer away from anything combat focused and lean more into a "time crunch dash for cash" sort of thing. But we will see how things start to take shape in the coming weeks/months.
