how do you do that, do i need to buy a vpn for that?

Idk if you need to buy a VPN in pc since I'm in mobile BUT if you are in mobile basically just use up your monthly(?or weekly, kinda forgor) quota then turn on your VPN to any region, pause and resume your download, it'll continue and then again use up that IP region quota, switch to a new IP region and resume your download. Rinse and repeat.
