Hopefully SJ2 and SJ4 can get translated too as from what I’ve heard they are the 2 best in the series

pnosis in Japan, either, I believe. At least not in the title, I don't know about the dialogue. So many games with "samin" in the title these days.SJ4 have an AI translated already that can be applied to the original game. If you really want to try you can still kindof figure out the meaning of the dialogue but it's nowhere near as good as what we're getting here.

Hmm they seem to have a lots of AI translation of a lots of saimin games including Daisaimin, Saimin Enbu,Saimin Counselor,...
If you mean walkthrough, search in google: 催眠術 3 攻略
and put the first few links that popped up through google translate. The translated Japanese walkthroughs are easy enough to follow.
Once you get the decision tree that leads to each ending you get it.
Usually this is a problem with your computer locale being non-Japanese. Switch to Japanese locale in your control panel.
