It's possible if what's left of her patrons ask her to change (or they will leave). She wasn't the one who started this comic BS. It became viral when some stupid JJK addicts decided to make some cheap, quick porn alternatives of this series and got a bunch of idiot fangirls who knew nothing about the term "pinups", or 4chan, or Sakimi, or any artist who actually invested much in the SFW. Those cheap artists got up 10000 patrons at a time (even with high-priced tiers) which threatened Sakimi's throne so she decided to change. She forgot SHE HERSELF was the one who started the SFW-NSFW pinup trend. She just need to do it again - MAKE an ACTUAL SFW artwork.
Maybe her target demographic isn't us anymore? From what I've seen on r/sakimichan, it seems like cheap female-targeted art is the hot new thing right now.And too much JJK. I originally thought she didn't want to provide more training data for AI art in her old style.

Comic style is clean....and nice, but I loved his old style of art.
How does her patreon even work? Is it fomo? Can you get all her previous stuff for subscribing to a higher tier?

it is fomo, only if you sub for 20$ you can get previous terms, and only 1-2 per month. Or Gumroad, but it's way more expensive, cuz she sells all sets separately
I took a look at her gumroad. I don't know if I just can't navigate the site or what but I can't find any of her newer terms. Does she not update it frequently?

Did you not understand what Lordlegolas said? Sakimi chan doesnt sell the full terms in one but only the sets separatly

Well, since NSFW Gumroad died in March, and she didn't upload anything since Feb (usually uploads are delayed), I assume she's just abandoned it, waiting for somehow still alive account to be banned.
