There's really only one choice that seems to matter, when it asks you if you want to date each one or both, then it will ask you again if you only want one or both. Pretty much one or two CG difference. You'll still hookup with the friend and have a titfuck from the alien no matter which route you go down. Only CG that's missing on the front page is the final scene with the friend which isn't much.
