A friend of mine saw one of my nsfw games in my Steam library (I missed it when setting hidden games), and after teasing me mercilessly, they sent me here.

So, uh, hello!

I've wandered around the site for a bit and I'm getting the hang of the layout, I think. Most the threads I've seen are kind and welcoming.

I've tried a few downloads and I'm still kind of flabbergasted that this place is real. It reminds me of some of the online community corners of the early days of the internet.

Any suggestions for settling in and participating?

Go to the Off-topic section and just dive into any conversation you want. Most are chill there....most.

What kind of games do you like?

I've tried a few visual and kinetic novels, but I'm finding them lacking. Not boring, per se, but slow and wildly varying in writing quality.

I'm finding that I prefer titles that are gameplay first, with nsfw content as a reward or just straight skinner-box, complete the task -> get a scene/picture. Completely silly smut for it's own sake is fun, too.

Some titles I've enjoyed:
Elf Girl Pinball
Kobold Kare
Block Knockers (this is the one that got me caught by my friend)
Lewd Gym
Pieces of My Heart
Breeders of the Nephelym

Stuff I've found lacking for various reasons:
Treasure of Nadia (it's okay, scenes are nice but the dialogue and plot are just too stilted for me)
She Will Punish Them (opposite problem, gameplay is fun, if very janky, but there's little to no nsfw reward)
Various memory-match-to-uncover-the-picture "games".
Most of the Freemium junk on Nutaku. Fap CEO is the only one I've found to be half-decent, and even that is absolutely filled with gone-forever-if-you-miss-three-days content.
Sci-Futa had nice art, but way too short and linear. Mercifully very cheap, though.
Waifu Fighter. I liked the art, and this kind of mini-game -> scene setup is exactly what I like, but the mini-game was too unforgiving/frustrating and the writing/story/premise was just gods-awful.

I think I would like to find some more mobile friendly games. It's getting harder and harder to find enough time and/or privacy with my PC.

My intentions are to use F95 as a way to try "comprehensive demos" of various games and then go buy the ones I like so the creators will make more of them. :)
