Breast Mafia is a god. Love any game they pump out. Again, NTR is avoidable. The cast has abnormally marge breasts per usual and the scenes are hot as usual. The gameplay is fine, nothing to write home about. Just another banger that everyone who loves huge breasts needs to play

It doesn't do too well in both the game and porn category.

The game itself is a horrible MTL translated, RPG maker with little to no effort. You can tell with the quests done, and the non existant UI and QOL. So expect a lot of running around and spamming the enter key. There's usually some games here on the site that has the same problem, but atleast the scenes carry it.

Unfortunately for this game it doesn't. Very exaggerated body parts, very few unique scenes with most of them carbon copied from one another. Skip this.

Literally do not understand the high ratings the game has. The woman has unproportional body and a lot of emphasis goes on her breasts that look ridiculous and weird. The whole game aspect is shocking, there is no story line, there is no quests (except kill X amount of monsters) or progression or anything. Mostly you work on frustration meter and how lewd she is, where over time she is ok to do more and more lewd things.
The whole MTL is shocking and a lot of segments are untranslated. There is no skip text button as well, most of controls are hidden and if you miss the explanation you cannot look on anything back.
Overall poor game that I did not enjoy.

I love Sana, her design is cute and lewd at the same time. She acts like how I imagine a voluptuous priestess wearing minimal clothing does too, very innocently.
This is why I love seeing her getting lewder as you progress.. or trying to keep her pure which also works.
I really want to see more of her, she does appear in Nanpa beach but felt quite different from this OG Sana.

Gameplay is quite good, you go around the town and see Sana slowly getting corrupted or keeping her close to you, trying to protect her. There are battle scenes too which is something porn games should do more.

Now the game has its flaws too, the biggest one is the thing feels like it's only half done. Some scenes feel like a huge jump/time skip and there are unused pictures too. If only the artist stays a lot longer, till version 3 or so. It could've been such a great game.
The other gripes I have with the game is how the art is reused in some places. This is understandable but I wish the artist would've tweaked the guys to look more like their sprites.

Overall, good game. Something I wish a sequel for, but more polished and finished ofc.

Not even the MTL can defeat this one, the english is understandable to a point but the art is exceptional and unique, the gameplay is ok and the NTR is great. The priestess has a great NTR body and this will always be an easy 5 stars for me.

Gameplay is almost insultingly bad. Out of all the RPGM games I've played, this has to be the most barebones and boring. The level designs are literally empty boxes with basic enemies scattered, there aren't even things like chests or decoration. Quest progress is not displayed, and it's not made clear that repeating a quest will not progress the story.

Art and story are fine. It got a couple of genuine laughs from me, in a good way. But make sure you are using the translation patch made by this wonderful community, cause otherwise you are dealing with Google Translate nonsense. I was a little disappointed that scenes were so blatantly reused, and I especially didn't like how during the H scenes, the male is always this faceless brown-skinned figure with a weirdly pink penis. They should at least go through the effort of drawing the male characters properly. They make it seem like at the beginning there will be influential dialogue options, but that concept is scrapped after the intro for the most part.

I also don't like how to trigger the NTR scenes you have to visit the place as your male MC, but then it switches to Sana's perspective, and then when we switch back it's the Male MC who apparently didn't realize at all what was happening. Missed opportunity, either let the player switch to Sana or let the player do some voyeurism as the male mc.

The pregnancy feature is weird in that you can't really have a kid that stays with you, and if she gets pregnant regardless of who got he that way, it forces you to watch the pretty graphic birthing scene. So I ended up just putting her on pills the whole game and avoiding the feature.

I didn't regret finishing the game because there's a little chunk of post-game content that I didn't expect, but I enjoyed. But this enjoyment was cancelled out by the AV post-game feature permanently corrupting my saves.

Overall, a fine game. I expected better, but I wouldn't discourage someone who's interested from trying it.

if the aim was to make the most unattractive woman, then congrats, you succeeded. what's with the insanely huge boobs... and terrible translation. the game could be so good but always it's some braindead art where boobs are bigger than the house... who loves this? is there anybody who loves this extremely big titties?

literally braindead to make the heroine look like that. it's funny but if i want to watch comedy i watch comedy.

In my opinion, this game was one of the most fun and exciting NTR experiences I've ever played. And although the "super thick" style of the art was a little strange to me at first, eventually it started to grow on me and I loved it.

I really loved this game. Although I feel like the gameplay could be a little better and at first it took me a while to understand how some things worked, but after I understood it started to grew a lot on me. It's really fun and hot how the people from the village is crazy horny about Sana and at some point will start to take advantage of her behind the husband's back or how the Husband sometimes can catches her cheating on him. It's fun to see her each time getting more and more corrupted and lusting after the other men from the village. I liked the pace too, it wasn't something very fast(like Sana already becoming a complete bitch on day 1) and also it didn't take long for her to start to get corrupted and letting people take advantage of her to the point where she herself starts going after men to cheat on her husband(sometimes it's bad for the game if this process takes too long to start because it can get boring and then the people loses their interest on playing the game). The characters are very fun and the story is very good for what it proposes(It's nothing too complex, but that's ok because the story isn't meant for that, you already get that from the beginning. What the story and the characters are about is to be fun and create exciting/horny ntr situations, and I think they did it very well in this game).

As a lover of big breasts and pregnancy, this game ticks off most of those boxes though the art may turn some people off.

The sex scenes come in two forms: the ones you initiate and the ones Sana, your wife, finds herself getting into. Unfortunately, if you aren't into NTR like myself, a majority of scenes are NTR. To add insult to injury, your own children aren't even available in the nursery. While they may trigger the birth scene, the translation heavily implies that the child is stillborn due to some BS reason about your sperm being weak.

The kids begotten from everyone else in town, though? They all get added to the nursery. The worst part is that you can't even knock the other women up either--if the CG Tower is to believed--so you can't just try your luck with them as well.

If you're into NTR, more power to you. Otherwise, you'd probably end up doing the pure route, get frustrated when you can't even have your own children in the nursery, and just make do with a full save CG Tower or repeating the sex scenes with your wife.

The actual gameplay itself is... grindy. Unless you resort to save editing, expect to find yourself inviting another NPC that could NTR you to tag along on your quests. Don't bother losing intentionally as you only get a game over.

Not really a fan of GIGANTIC BOOBS but Breast Mafia made it a-okay for me since playing this! XD

Story : Pretty straight forward, short, and shallow. It's nice if you're just looking for something to FAP to.

NTR : Almost (wish all) Male NPC can fuck and Impregnate FMC, while MC can only f a few. Wish I can f that Mayor's Wife or whatever she was xD
Sucks that Combat H-Scene is only with one man who accompany you at your choice.

Art : Great art IMO. As I said, never was into overly sized boobs before playing this game xD.

Characters : Center on FMC. Others doesn't seem that important.

Combat : EZ PZ, H-Scene is only with one Ally NPC you can choice to help you or not. (Would need to corrupt FMC)

Bugs : There's a few here and there but not groundbreaking enough. Unless you a completionist since there are a few H-Scenes that needs fixing. (You can check them in the tower which serve as a recollection room, some scenes are instead repeats of previous scene.)

it could be better with Diary like VH or Shoku games
that you can inspect so many stats and portrait of which stage of "Wife" is in
and if there are combat rape that would be awesome to abuse too
the pregnancy takes 3 or so days till she delivered which is too short imo but it does balance out cause it has only 1 event with the Doc
the internal view is good but you can't see "inside"
while she's pregnant it's a let down i'm a bit sad

you can prevent her to go rampage around town by keep her in check or be a cuck and let her loose around people
this game is basic and short but "Erotic" aspect of it is up there
the arts are "anyone taste - who know i don't give a damn if anyone like it or hate it - it's your taste not me"

Story : There's not much. It does the job.

NTR : It's very well rendered and somewhat varied. You have control over the corruption. The MC can fuck his wife (almost) as much as he likes, and other girls. Most events are controled by 2 stats, and there's many of them.

Art : Huge proportions and a bit weird at first. It's actually really good though, and it meshes well into the game. There's plenty of it. Semi-animated (still CGs with variation).

Characters : The main girl is well made. The MC and most other protagonists are standard.

Writing : Some bad, some good. With the thread's patch, it's above MTL, but not by much. If you can get past this though, the dialogues are punchy and not overbearing, mostly thanks to the CGs though.

Combat : Boring and bland rpgmaker stuff. But it's not an obstacle. And you get some NTR during combat.

Bugs : There were some annoying ones. I made a patch for those I found.

I loved it, full of NTR, the fem characters are a little oversized but still super erotic and in general the art is good
The only problem are a few errors that close the game and do not let you see some scenes but neither of them private you from keep forward on the game also if you have a good MTL you can correct the bugs on your own they are just a few extra spaces

The game has an high variety of fetishes, definitely one of the best NTR games on the market in my opinion. It doesn't have a complex or interesting story, but the game has a lot of scenes to be discovered, and the unique art style adds a lot to it. If you love huge breasts, this game is for you.

Only need proper translation.
