Seeking Sandbox games with Character customization

As the tittle suggest, I'd like a recommendation for games (Payed or free, does not matter) that include Sandbox style (or cheats) and character customization (Body and/or clothing)
(Also NOT text based, more 3D roam kind)

Here are some optional stuff:

• Lesbian/Futa
• Payed/free (fine with both)

• 3D non-text based (Kinda like BOTN, only talking)
• Interaction
