I'm looking for games that don't have much in terms of an overarching story, but that instead let the player explore the world and find content at their leisure. Would preffer a female protagonist, and bonus points if the game has a nice corruption system.

Hm... not quite sure, good question. But there are a bunch of Koitatsu and Honey select games that kinda go down this route. You basically just pick whatever girl you'd like to pursue and eventually you get a harem.
