Can you check and unpack that data folder? Small Unity game + big extra data (images/voices) folder. A bit of a strange structure for a Unity game.

use AssetRipper & open, extract file one by one.

i see developer use low poly to design 3d. from my perspective ui look modern but, if sex scenes would be in the 3d thats will be great for this game.

Not that I am aware of, there is locale emulator but that's only for system locale (I never used it myself though so I can't say for sure). You'll have to change it in the control panel for your entire system. Adding "windows" to your search query should give you more relevant searches.

This game is entire fathoms beyond what I was expecting for a visual novel game. As in the UI and visuals themselves stop you from going "oh its another (otherwise) ren'py visual novel none of this matters" and then you're drawn in to an interesting world with interesting characters to interact with. 10/10 all around

There's no R18 scenes with other characters, only Sani, Namo and Kiwi have those
