that is a bug on counting scenes, the 3 scenes missing are due to a tag for character's scenes the developer implemented but are not visible/unlockable, is known and will (hopefully) addressed in the future

Sorry, I very rarely pay attention to the comments on any thread. Customarily updates get posted on the front page before the thread is tagged as updated. I probably should have checked the latest comments when I realized that all the links were wrong though, that's on me. At first I thought it was just a single link or two being wrong.
