This is probably a dumb question but can someone tell me where to place the save file, I have mostly played renPy games so I am not familiar with the folder structure

This is completely false. This what the next version (which will be yes a small update but not limited to one handjob) will contain according to the dev reported on the discord channel

The new update will be small because I wanted to move faster. It has:
  • Intro scene for the new level,
  • Scenes to progress the story,
  • Laura mechanics for her own scenes, that will be explored more in the future,
  • 1 new book scene,
  • 2 new bench scenes (each has +1 variation),
  • Many fixes and stuff,
  • QoL -> name your savefile,
  • QoL -> safemode (makes the images extremely hard to see),
  • I don't remember what else, but there will be a changelog.

Like i said, 1 Major scene (Handjob) other mechanics are not scenes. the Book scene isn't a real scene, like the other Book Levels it is just a reading event where you can do Handjobs later on.
