From what I gathered, development SHOULD pick up now that whatever engine reconstruction the dev was doing is supposedly done. I just hope it doesn't take half a dozen years for her to get bent over.

Yeah I didn't bother playing this update. It's cool he did something in 3 years at least but I don't really have any expectations for this.

It can't be unlocked in recollection room, but you can find it in the game files

They have a discord which they're active in and give explanations why updates are late etc, I believe they have been in mandatory military but they just got out
