From what I heard, they're active and making all sorts of excuses. It depends on you if you believe them.

They're actually quite active on Discord, it's mostly just chatting with their subscribers with the occasional discussion of game developments.
If you read their Subscribestar they are very open to not have any expectations of regular game updates.
What I can't understand is why this guy starts games but doesn't finish creating them. This is the second time now. It's frustrating because he's obviously good at it but why go out of the way to create so much but then not finish it, even though there's a demand. Seems a bit strange.
Such a wasted potential....

Don't finish your game? Fine. But don't hold it hostage either. If you're taking subscribers' money and can't deliver, let someone capable take over.
