If you replace ".sav" by "meal", this is what your question looks like: Does anyone's able to help me make the meal I like?

And in both case, the answer is an obvious "no", because people have no clues what you are talking about. At least half games that exist use ".sav" as extension for their save file and, not strangely at all, each one mean something different by this.

So, without at least knowing what game it is from, there's just no way to answer otherwise to your question. And even when knowing, there's no guaranty that the answer will be different.
