Wolf RPG Save editor?

I was hoping someone had heard of a save editor for Wolf RPG that can be used offline, I know of cheat engine(hate it with a passion) and online save editor, but online save editor limits how often you can edit and since values aren't marked it means I don't know if it's one value or the other. I'd settle for something that simply lets me see the values and edit at will, but something that tells me what is what would also be very appreciated.

well look like you put save to save editor click + find a same folder is item and system from data folder with same game folder something may works or not any game may works but i try not works sometime the cool down limit is 3 time for folder it give you 2 or 3 minutes i guess i was like now it waiting time
