For those who do not know WacatacB!ml is a known false positive on Ren'Py games. Windows Defender doesn't actually detect a virus when you see the suffix !ml, it is saying it thinks there maybe a virus based upon its machine learning. When you see WacatacB!ml, don't lose your head --- use your head, instead.

Seems others are having the file size issue as well for other games if they use that link.

Yeah but the recent spate of viral attacks (i.e. the thread that was emblazoned at the top of the screen but now in the announcements section) has had the effect of making people hyper vigilant and adopting a siege mentality to anything, even the older users aren't fully immune to that, the idea of its better to report and be wrong, rather than just ignore it has become the default behavior now.

I get that it creates a lot more annoying work for everyone involved including uploaders, and moderators that respond to reports too, but you can't blame users for the lemming like action of spamming reports when that's been encouraged by the virus thread.
Perhaps an easier thing would be to have 'Version XYZ was checked by [user] on [date/time] and the checksums matched and viral scan was negative' on the front page of games, because I really think it's going to take a few months for the behavior of users to stop being panicked and reporting every little thing now.

Alright, I'll keep it simple for you folks. The dev of the game has already made it clear that he is not the original creator. So what is this then?

Well it's a bunch of comics sewed together as a game now. What is the quality like? Not really impressive. Mostly because the first one came out years ago. It did improve over time, but by not much. All in all, they stopped making this some years back cause it was no longer selling. Yep, the original comic makers published it under

but discontinued cause it was probably getting boringly unprofitable.

All in all, recommend picking it up with low expectations. It isn't a masterpiece series, but is not bad for a first read.

Yeah I remember these comics from like 15-20 years ago.
