Looking for any games that have Scarlett Jo/Black Widow model.

Epiclust has two games with her. In Apocalypse, you can meet her when exploring the desert, iirc. And Cockham Superheroes has her as a main character in the base. He tends to have really....er, exaggerated proportions in his games, so it might not be what you're looking for, but the character is definitely there.
