Can we play all routes together or just one route in one save?

Technically you can run multiple routes up to a point, but you'll get the ending for only one route, and only that route is unlocked in the gallery.

So it's best to just focus 1 route per playthrough/save.

by gym i meant the fitness center in town. she and mc had scenes working out together as well when the trainer flirts with her. but now she cant enter the center at all.

That isn't Daisuke, its just some random student, he just has the same sprite as Daisuke but with a slight darker skin tone hence your confusion, that is 100% Yasui's route as his route makes Ryouko whore herself out.

Finished this game and i gotta ask, I may be getting too technical with this but is this truly NTR? I mean the MCs weren't even a couple nor were they romantically involved, sure they had feelings for eachother but they never got together like a couple, this is just someone else getting the girl 1st cause they made the 1st move.

BSS (jp acronym for "But I loved her first") also counts as NTR in Japan, and they make the games.

If you mean sex scene then no, there is no sex scene with the MC in the whole game.

6 routes, 2 ugly bastards, 3 roughly same age guys, one not good looking but does not qualify as ugly bastard IMO, and one young kid.

So 33% ugly bastards in the main content, thereabouts.

Are you talking about Masaru or Daisuke? Both are supposed to be quite ugly imo, it's just that Daisuke makes up for his ugliness by being manly and muscular while Masaru who doesn't even have a sprite but you can see him in some CG, is just a weak and pathetic-looking young guy.
