i understand that much but unless i have a global.rpgsave that is recent the save just doesnt show up. I make a save 1 then replace the save 1 with downloaded save and when i go ingame the save1 is still my old one.

Try rename downloaded save to another position (maybe 5). And try it again. IIRC first position is occupied for autosave.
I can't go to the city with Flora in the Bottom (not the Bottom #2) event .End of the event or bug?

not a full save missing one scene because bug, if you want to see it just hypnotize flora and talk to everyone for the scene
