Edit: They posted it on their twitter on November but I can't find that image in the November pack here, was it posted only for patreons or sth like that? Is there a high res of this out there somewhere

It was just a one off thing he did for the holiday, he does a lot of holiday things that are just one offs.
And I never saw any high resolution version of Witch April in any of his 1-off bonuses in any month packs

These pictures are usually one-offs so there's no other variants and aren't repeated most of the time so that's the only witch april piece. That being said there's other April pictures, just not more witch ones.

I'm wondering what made him finally change his mind on point of drawing lewds with his OC ? He was rather quite reluctant to do that.
