sciamano does not do MONTHLY packs much like other artists, pretty sure he's busy studying/working irl, so he does stuff semi-monthly if at all does it
Wait what then which pack has witch Chloe?! I was looking for that one I thought it was inside October...

None at the moment. Sometimes those random things he draws don't end up in a pack. He might throw it into the next set he releases, or you just have to grab it as it is (a one off creation). A lot of people like it though, so he might make a proper set for it in the future.
