Just a general rule: When making a parody, especially one you expect to get paid to develop (donations included), NEVER use the name of the property you are parodying. Your flimsy interpretation of fair use laws will not protect you from C&Ds and lawsuits.

Companies like WB have a shitload of money and lawyers, and are more than willing to abuse the appeal system to get what they want if a court rules against them. They can and will win any legal battle if you try to fight them on this, whether you're technically in the right or not. If you try to not make it easy for them, they are more than capable of suing your entire bloodline into destitution to make an example of you.

Using the actual copyrighted name in the title makes it much, MUCH easer for them to find you and shut this shit down
