Screen tearing Vertical sync CARYO

When I play CARYO`s games in window I got FPS drops, especially when menu appears, while in full screen I got better FPS but with Screen tearing. When I extract movie files and open them with my video players its OK.
I got similar Screen tearing issue in some h-rpg games too.
I tried to turn on Vertical sync in nVidia settings for all programs but there is no difference.
PC is modern, new games plays well.
