Identify Searching a game: Summer School Setting (solved by myself)

Hello friends,
til now i was just a quiet reader, but now i am looking for a game i played in the past and have only a few memories:

Summer school setting, you arrived on first day and meet a blonde lady --> Something happens in the forest, dont know if it was sex

There is one bully girl you become friend with and her sister, who doesn t go to this school, but lives/workes near

Some kind of occult stuff, where boys earn money, when they bring girls to a special old house in the forest and have sex with, but they dont know who is their client

one of the last choices in this game is, if you leave with the blonde lady, you met on the first day and spend live with her.


Sorry, i dont know mor of this game, but i hope you can help me.
