This is a bit subjective but in my opinion these games have an interesting storyline/plot and aren't just porn (although there is plenty of that too):

Ripples
Dreams of Reality in particular is very underrated and i highly recommend it if you don't mind a story that deals with some more sensitive topics. I'm not afraid to admit that it got me teary-eyed quite a few times.
