I'm trying to remember and find a fairly old RPG Maker game that is generally of mediocre quality. The beginning of the plot is similar to the anime SAO, the game locks the players and the main character's task is to get out. I don't remember exactly which gender the player is, but the essence of the game is that losing to any monster or event leads to a kind of ending-transformation in the form of this monster. Accordingly, there is sexual content.
I remember for sure that somewhere in the beginning there were endings of turning into a beegirl or cowgirl.
