I found a game some time ago. It looks a little bit like fallout shelter but forgot to download.

Funny and annoying. I knew a suprisingly complex vault game but it wasn't called "vault" and wasn't Ren'py, its rpgmakerish (but not rpgm i think?) and now it bugs me that i can't remember the name. The mc was the guy who pretty much the leader of the bunched up survivors there and has to make some serious decisions too. Its not all fun ang giggles game. Will try to find it :)

yes, but was it actually Fallout-themed because every fallout game on the forum has been listed here and you said it wasnt any of them

I don't think he means the game was fallout themed but that it had the same mechanics as fallout shelter.
