Hello guys i am new here and i don't really know how to search threads/games with multiple specific tags (for example maledom + femsub) and games with those 2 tags should pop up. Can somebody help me out and tell me how i can do that?

I don't believe the femsub tag exists.
But you can use the filters to find other tags and also the search function :
