Adelaide - big long game and his best game so far
Small village - didn't play that one so can't judge but it's recorded as incomplete and abandoned ...
Queen goblin - small short game
Rural homecoming 1 and 2 - a bit longer than the queen game, especially the 2nd one, but still on the short side
Mitsuko - medium lenght
Camp - medium lenght
Lust voyage - super rushed short game and his worst game
Tenants - if you take away the exploration bit and I guess it's medium lenght
Arrival - if you take those minigames away this is a short game for sure
SOL - not finished yet and whether it competes with Adelaide well it depends on lots of things, there were also some WIP choices on Fall/Winter to which do we know if they will be dropped or are gonna be implemented in the future?

The only real rushed one imo is Lust voyage and those that could've had more are Queen and Arrival
I think a bit more depth is needed in judging. But overall, I agree!

1. Adelaide - Fantastic game, though, some routes were indeed anemic than others and didn't get as much love, but that is fine.

2. Small village - Like you mentioned it got cut and is being remade

3. Queen goblin - While this game was short, the pacing was still decent between events and scenes. Could be better but not the worse offender

4. Rural Homecoming 1 - The writing and the hidden situations between the other old man added a certain level of depth. I am working off memory though for this one. A short but sweet and well written game. Paced well too.

5. Rural Homecoming 2 - This game was short and the pacing between both routes went at lightening speed. Especially for Satoshi's route in my opinion.

6. Mother's Lesson Mitsuko - It had a fantastic first half, but the second half of the game again went at lightning speed, Yuuto's POV seemed to have been killed off too in the second half, and Mitsuko's corruption was also too fast. The second half ended up making the game feel shorter in my opinion.

7. Camp with Mom - This is his best game in my opinion. As far as writing, and pacing goes. It doesn't even matter that it was a short game. The backstory and personality of the mom and the friend led credence to the quicker pace of sex, and each scene built on each other and it intertwined into the next scene perfectly. It left you satiated by the end. Goes to show that even with a short game, good writing and pacing can do wonders.

8. Camp with Mom Extended - This game only continued one of the previous two routes from the prequel, which is fine. But it tried to blend in the MC "winning" into it, but it didn't do a good job at it in my opinion. Had a repeated ass POV scene too in the beginning of the game with MC's mom under the sink, and a couple of the other scenes were also extremely short. If you also chose the NTR route, and didn't want to get with your friend's mom, the game abruptly rushed to the ending. It somehow ended up feeling and being shorter than the prequel in my opinion

9. Lust Voyage - Legit unfinished in my opinion

10. Tenants of the dead - Once you actually got through the grind and into the routes. The actual routes were really short. Minjee falls way to quick, or routes end soon after starting them. Also having vanilla/netori/ntr all be accessible in the same route was not a design choice I would have gone with. The actual meat of the game, the routes, were short as could be. Again poor pacing and lacking of scenes in actual routes.

11. Arrival of the goddess - Good setting, good characters, but like you mentioned, it felt/was short and needed some more length. Not his worst game, and it was alright, I guess. I enjoyed it. This also had poor pacing and could have used a few more scenes.

12. SOL - Already talked about to death in here. Poor pacing and could have used some more scenes in some places.

I would rather have more like Lust Voyage then Adelaide inn. It was way too long and boring.
You are what's wrong with this hobby.

I also played the 50+ hours JVN (Little Busters, Grisaia, Muv Luv, Steins Gate etc.) but when it comes to porn games and especially on a niche genre like NTR the bar kinda gets lowered a lot.
I guess begars cant be choosers, on the positive note the art still top notch.

Well I can go more indepth (but not on RH1/2, Mitsuko and Queen since i would be working on memory)

Adelaide - well like I said it's my favorite. It's the reason I follow NTRMan in the first place. It's the more "complete" game he ever made. Is it only me that remember that LONG ass loading time of about 10-20 sec that really was the only killjoy of that game?

Camp with Mom - the version i played had both the OG + the extended but regardless i judge them like a single entity. Many people like you considers this his best work but to me the characters are what carries the game, but as far as "story" goes, it was plain period. The other mom I really liked her though and honestly if it was up to me the other mom would've been the main heroine and the MC mom would've be the DLC heroine

Tenants of the Dead - looking back at it, I'm surprised to say it but I really liked this one and I would place this as my second favorite NTRMan game. The main routes were surprisingly nice (the only one I didn't like was the guy that looked like he was 10), had subroutes that could be played alongside the main ones giving each playthrough more complexity and there were all fairly diverse and overall good. If your main issue is the pacing, well to me giving the fact that we're in the zombie apocalypse and the two MC could've died tomorrow for all they knew, so in this one, this kinda writing is fine in this setting

Arrival of the Goddess - so if in TotD a laid back writing attitude can be excused, the same can't be applied here. This surprisingly has a relaxed setting that you actually forget that the end of the world is taking place everywhere else.
That is problem one. Almost completely disregarding/downplaying the fact that this takes place alongside the same crisis of TotD and this being a relaxed game is a big flaw imo. and actually with this line of thinking the MC could've just informed the military and have them come in with SWAT teams or with Snake/Sam from MGS/Splinter cell since you know, humankind was a stake here!
Problem two is that it basically has just 2 main paths with 3 endings, no complexity at all and the two main paths are almost virtually the same if you don't count the sex scenes.
Problem three is what we all complain about, you can get away with such a simple straightforward game with just two paths, but it just needed more.

SOL - I reserve all judgement for after it's finished but I'll just say this for now.
Fall was better than I expected but Winter didn't live up to my expectations.

with the SOL placement on hold I could say that Camp with Mom is my third favorite game from NTRMan

I see where you are coming from, I can't say I much agree on the finer points. Especially for TotD

Yes this game is great. As far as quality goes it is his second best game in my opinion.

The characters carried because the writing was better in this than usual. You don't need an overcomplicated story to have a deep or good game. It just just comes back to writing and pacing and how scenes flow into each other. This game, the OG imo did it extremely well.

Tenants of the Dead - looking back at it, I'm surprised to say it but I really liked this one and I would place this as my second favorite NTRMan game. Can't say I particularly agree with the pacing of the routes being fine. Nelson was probably the best paced for what we got. Old man, I think his name was, Yongsun, his route had potential but it went too fast. Went from sweet talking one minute to Minjee asking have his kids. The cult route had the most potential but we only had a couple scenes there too, it would have been nice to see what Minjee went through in all those weeks.

The short guy's route at least made sense to her begging to fall for him since she got mind controlled. The yandere route was just grind the game - > get in car - > meet duri -> have her instantly off-screen kill minjee then one quick scene of you chained up, and game ends.

The Soomin route was great! You and her had more build up, rapport, and character development than you ever did with your girlfriend. The Liam route was alright too I guess. Though if you were having sex with 30 other women then went into the route(or any NTR route for that matter), that is strange for me - it cheapens the emotional impact of any NTR to come. Hence why I would have locked out certain routes due to certain actions. The Invader route was just a couple of basic quick scenes too with little emotional investment and two options leading the same end.

Arrival of the Goddess - so if in TotD a laid back writing attitude can be excused, the same can't be applied here. This surprisingly has a relaxed setting that you actually forget that the end of the world is taking place everywhere else.

The island only shows itself when it wants to if I'm not mistaken, and other people did try to invade the island with teams and ended up dead. That said, I think focusing on the island lore is not the main issue. The issue is Claire is all fine and lovey-dovey with her husband, even up to and after the ceremony. It's just that one day after we see her randomly turn. The entire game just plays like she is a slut that also gets kind of mad when her husband loses. No sense of NTR or urgency. We don't even really get any hints at the goddess slowly taking over in any noticeable ways besides a throwaway line or two and Claire continuing to being the same person. Again comes back to poor pacing/lack of scenes and writing in my honest opinion. The new ending he added to the game, somewhat/slightly fixed the Claire/Goddess issue.

I don't have huge expectations going into this, but I hope I'm proven wrong.

By lack of scenes, I don't necessarily mean sex scenes. The scenes could just be regular scenes showing FMC slowly changing over time
