You can just lock the bathroom and ride the dildo nonstop while a man is next to you. The progress bar for showing off missions is hidden with a blindfold but it is still working in the background.

I don't know if the person in the screenshot did that, but here is how you can easily do it: use the time stop skill. Then you can cum on as many faces as you want, then resume the time.
