Some how I got bugged with this version, but using the latest version (BepInEx-Unity.IL2CPP-win-x64-6.0.0-be.738+af0cba7) helped me with v1.1.0.How to Install Bepinex:
1. DownloadYou must be registered to see the links
2. Extract zip into game folder.
3. Run game. It should have generates folders in game folder.
How install plugins:
4. Stop the game
5. Download Kumarin's Uncensor Plugin . Download my SF Mod (if you wish to use that as well)
5. Extract and copy the dlls to .\BepInEx\plugins
6. Run game

You could turn it to day and search for two people talking, you can go behind one of them and do it on them. It's one of the easiest mission to do.

Well you probably can take advantage of the AI pathing, it's that they will almost always turns left after stopping, they do turn right on rare occasion, but maybe you can take advantage on that somehow.
any tipps for crossing the downtown bridge naked? seems impossible to me...
