I think any of the benches with backrests mentioned above will do.
You're lucky if someone is sitting on them.
Using handcuffs behind someone's back will earn you a higher score than using handcuffs behind an empty bench.
You might find one on occasion, though. It'll be rare in night mode.

If you don't want to bother, there are also mods like this.

Two days before the update, I can't open my game suddenly and stuck on loading screen for five hours.
I tried to redownload the game but it won't work too.
I tried to download other version but it also came to the same result. I also tried my luck on the 1.1.3 and it still ended with same loading screen. what happen to mine?

Ps: I don't know if this help; at first I play in v.1.1.0 with Sheable soft logo in english but it turned to japanese when these happened.
