theres a rank system. the more you rank up the more options and customability you'll get. to rank up you must get as much RP as you can.

She recovers stamina while flashing, the difference is she doesn't consume stamina while she isn't flashing. You have to wait a while before it starts recovering. With no enchantments, she has extremely low stamina with extremely slow recovery. Going back to zero enchantments feels REALLY bad.
Adding maps shouldn't be very hard. The hard part would be implementing NPC pathing and actions into them to make them fun and fair to the player.
New mechanics would be a lot harder, I think. You would probably need to reverse-engineer the source code to be able to add things like that, and apparently parts of it are encrypted. But it's a Unity project, so it's not out of the question.
Not a problem at all with
1) Body Paint Kit (NON INFINITE)
or
2) Detection Risk (Upgrades on Items, Maximum Upgrade to 10% of Detection Risks)

Sex with NPC already exists built-in but you have to reach the highest exhibitionism level (or take someone else's save that has that) THEN unclick the "Disable Sex" in the in-game settings. Then, you can also buy "Seduction" skill from the PC to allow you to invite NPCs to have sex with you.
This then is the extra addition to just allow the NPC to automatically start the sex without you inviting any of them. This is your regular BepInEx Unity modding and the thread teaches you how to use the plugin as well.

I would recommend doing practice runs specifically to test what you can get away with before you have to risk it during an actual attempt and waste a bunch of time. The first and most useful thing I would suggest is turning down the heartbeat volume and maxing out the master volume to hear footsteps better. You can hear people walking up to around 30 meters away.
I have other posts here explaining how things work that might help save you time and frustration.

the thing is, the memory leak on maps sometimes messes with certain value (like when your piston machine and vibrators are on, at low power even), you'll gain ecstasy faster or NPC detection gains faster at certain frame drops, i failed many times because of that (by getting busted while climaxing most of the time, my fault for trying to splash semen on them and did not discover the stroking pose) , in original difficulty, this is more higher and the unease is increased drastically
on how to solve memory leaks, it's either you start at residential area/convenience store or shopping mall (shopping mall has the lowest memory leak while clothing shop(fps is dropped to 15 while inside unless you turn your graphic settings to low, it will just stutter), central park(stutter) and downtown (stutter) has the highest leak on my potato) and don't move around (or practically move a little bit) for a while to let the game load all resources, unless you're testing something, do not look at BepInEx console tab (if you do not know how to make the console close itself without closing the game, check its config) or...
just get a better PC

i liked walking around town wearing just the sweater, the biggest disappointment of the game is that the npcs dont react, i wish you could tease people and have them blush or be horrified.
