Anyone else's game freezing on start up? Mine freezes on the loading screen

Idk how to fix it, I've tried reinstalling the game, downloaded older versions, and it's still not working. What I noticed is that the game freezes taking up 700mb of RAM, but never goes over, so I wonder if the game is limiting itself or something.

They created a mod that makes it even more brilliant.
Aftermath 1.3.2
If you get caught, you have your equipment stripped,
a handcuff search game begins,

Did you use handcuffs? I can get a 3.6x multiplier even with 10% detection risk.

This happened when you are trying to load save data that's not with the correct encryption.
Solution is: Try delete your save data and open again.

Where do I delete the save data? I have the game on an external hard drive btw, not local. Also no, I didn't modify the game save file.

drone missions are bad, especially with "no directions on compass", WHERE i am supposed to find my stuff? and i can't end drone missions, and can't return home, can't travel while on drone mission
