Seeking Secret Futa Games?

I am looking for any non text and nom novel games where a futanari character, either the MC or someone the MC is helping needs to pretend to be a regular girl while still relieving themselves sexually. I don't much care for the kind of art or engine used.

I think that Futa Alchemist Trish kind of fits the bill I can't find a good translation of it.

I hope that some of ya'll know of some games like this!

Thanks for the recommendation. I have tried it before but I wasn't much a fan of the mtf transformations
