In japanese games is simple: If no credits is given to voice actress (e.g.: "CV:[Kanji name here, can be pseudonym] ") then is safe to assume voice changers or AI. I think this game uses voice changers. Japanese laws forces developers to disclose the names of actors/actress in any sold product, in the game credits, in the game start screen, or the store page where is sold)
