We are on 0.4 version. End is far away. As for end-games you have mentioned in 2. These are just extended bad end game slides, they do not need to have player choices. These choices were already made and you are enjoying the outcomes of them.

I talked 1-2 x to the doctor for a complete makeover. I had no choices for the bimbofication (it was lots of changes after 1 appointment). This should be a gradual change with player choices. Afterward there were lots of orgies and raunchy sex which I didn't enjoy because it was very linear and I had no access to the open world. The game said it was the end (motel + mansion or the gangsters apartment). These 2 endings were mostly linear and too much focus on sex. I didn't enjoy the endings.

This game starts off well and it has suitable adult images and clips, but the end-game is bad.

1. Near the end-game I could finally visit the doctor and he instantly changed my character to a super bimbo. This should be a gradual process where the player can choose what gets changed.
2. The end-game had lots of orgies and hard sex. You're stuck in a mansion or motel and there are no other options. The freedom of movement in the mansion, motel or if you run away and end up with the gangsters (bad-ending) are just bad. It's too much focus on raunchy sex. This should be player choices.
3. The game has too much grind with school, gym, home and jobs. Each job should have an option to skip or not do sexual content.
4. There's repeating dialogue options with NPCs whom I already talked to. That should be grayed out or hidden. Because it's a waste of time to click on NPCs when they have nothing new to say.

Which end game? We're still in the middle of it; the full version is a long way off. The situations you're describing are bad endings, traps you can indeed fall into. And whether you fall into them or not is your decision.

Just to be clear. Are you aware that you are playing a porn game? A lot of orgies and raunchy sex is a genre defining thing.
As for bimbofication causing lots of changes, i think this is the point. Maybe it is not realistic, but so is bimbofication in general.

As for bimbofication causing lots of changes, i think this is the point. Maybe it is not realistic, but so is bimbofication in general.

Once again: we haven't even reached the end-game yet. The scenes you're describing are a bad ending you're trapped in because of a bad decision you made earlier.
