Not bad.
I completed the game in about 15-20 minutes or so, even with messing around, and the animations were pretty good.
Don't forget to access all of the animations, you need to get S rank Dev in almost every product.

Pretty much. Invest money to level up your skills. Use skills to develop products. Sell products for money. Use money for more skill investment or hiring workers. Scenes unlock if you have the right worker hired and have developed a high quality product.
